James is amazing! We have worked with him several times and every time we are so happy about the communication and personal connection he has with everyone he is involved with. If we didn't have james and his team so on top of everything we would not have gotten the loan that we needed to get. And we are so grateful for them.

What a tremendous experience! I have solid create, though a significant twist in my application. I was seeking a VA loan, though needed a waiver for 1099 income. He managed to sort through untold lenders to find the right one who would take the waiver. And from there, it was keeping the conversation going with the underwriter, as I had no less than 4 homes fall through, meaning we had to restart the loan application each time. In the end, we closed the loan at a rate lower than most, and moved in last week. I highly recommend James and his team!

2nd Update: we just finished buying another home with James. He is consistently wonderful to work with and highly communicative. Update: we just finished our third time working with James to refinance our house. As always, the process was stress free He was available every step of the way to answer our questions. I wish I could give James 6 stars instead of 5. He is the most helpful person I have ever worked with. He guided us through the mortgage process twice. We will never work with another mortgage consultant in Utah! He answers every question thoroughly, and keeps you updated through out the process without you having to ask. And once the process is over, he keeps in touch! I never hesitate to reach out to him for answers to mortgage questions or a reference for some work I need done. I cannot recommend James highly enough.
