I am extremely blessed to share my life with my amazing wife, Holly, and our six wonderful children, one son-in-law and one beautiful and amazing granddaughter. Together, we love calling Utah home and are constantly inspired by its natural beauty. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me out exploring this incredible state, enjoying all the side-by-side trails, taking in all of Utah’s scenic wonders, and soaking up everything this beautiful state has to offer.

Dawn brings over 20 years of experience to the mortgage industry, having worked in everything from mortgage origination, loan processing, closings, and client outreach. Her passion for delivering exceptional service shines through in every detail of her work. Dawn is all about ensuring our clients have a smooth and stress-free experience, and her commitment to their satisfaction is unmatched. Dawn holds a BS in Finance from Missouri State University.

Originally from St. Louis, Dawn’s a proud fan of the city’s rich sports history, starting with the new MLS Soccer team the St. Louis City SC, as well as the world champion St. Louis Blues hockey team, multiple Super Bowl Champions, Kansas City Chiefs, and the legendary St. Louis Cardinals baseball franchise.

Outside of work, Dawn loves spending quality time with her husband Ben and their two sons. She’s also a baking enthusiast, a gracious host, and always ready to create lasting memories with family and friends.

Ammon Sly grew up in Pleasant Grove, UT, watching his dad help countless families achieve their dreams of homeownership. From a young age, he learned that a house isn’t just about walls and a roof, it’s about creating a home, a place where memories are made, and lasting relationships are formed with neighbors who become family. Inspired by his dad’s example, Ammon has always had a passion for helping others, and he goes out of his way to serve those around him.

After receiving his mortgage license in 2020, Ammon dove headfirst into the Utah mortgage and real estate industry, eager to learn and grow. His goal is simple: to help as many people as he can turn a house into a home.

Ammon loves living in Utah, with its breathtaking landscapes and endless outdoor opportunities. Ammon can often be found out and about enjoying all Utah has to offer with his side-kick Rhett, a beautiful Yellow (or yeller as Ammon would say) Lab. When he’s not helping people with their homeownership goals, you’ll find him cheering for his beloved local college sports teams, especially football. Ammon’s heart is in his community, and he’s excited to continue making a positive impact, one home at a time.

Holly and James got married in 1996, and together they've built a beautiful life with six incredible kids, four girls, two boys, plus a son-in-law and adorable granddaughter. Holly is a lifelong Utah native, she has a deep love for all the outdoor adventures Utah has to offer. She loves to travel, make memories, as well as sewing, crafting, and decorating. Holly is also a whiz in the kitchen, from baking bread and whipping up other delicious treats that are sure to impress (her cinnamon rolls and fudge are legendary).

Over the years, Holly has been incredibly fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom, supporting her growing family. As their kids have grown and become more independent, she’s found herself with more free time and a growing desire to help James with the business they’ve built. In early 2019, she officially joined the team, where she has fun focusing on maintaining strong relationships with clients. Whether it's sending thoughtful gifts or organizing memorable client appreciation events, Holly’s organizational skills and dedication bring a special touch to everything she does. The entire team feel very blessed to have her onboard!
